Stable manufacturing

   The manufacturing process adopt the plan management of our specific system, with decomposition of the internal order step by step, each key time node is established, and we cultivate excellent combined sub-supplier, and the planning is supervised & controlled under at least three levels management, ensuring the exact execution of the plan by all possible forces, and finally making us to achieve the core competence in the production and delivery.
   In quality control, the company uses triple inspection system, namely the first inspection, process inspection and the completion inspection, whether it is operating staff and inspectors, are required to comply with the principles. Process will be timely stopped if problem found in any process, and convene the relevant operation staff, inspectors and managers for on-site analysis and solution, at the same time to carry out on-site field training, in order to avoid the problem repeat. The team leaders are responsible ro guide and guarantee the quality stability.

Strict Quality

   Process control and traceability
   We give each order of us an unique ID, from customer PO incoming to delivery, which can be traced at each link in our production process, as we keep records of verification of the ID at each link, so the product for each customer order is well controlled.
   In the process, we have at least three levels of inspection, inspection by staff, inspection by on-site inspector and inspection by warehouse inspector, using scientific sampling proportion, in order to let off any bad product.
   Analysis of scientific tools
   We introduce the scientific and advanced management tools, 5W investigation of reason, 5W1H implementation of action, and the quality system management tools to ensure the quality of our products
