Zhenjiang Suoda Coupling Co., Ltd is a professional coupling manufacturer which former is a joint venture set up by Zhenjiang Transmission Co., Ltd and American company. It locates in Dantu New District Industrial Park, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China, which covers 20000 m² with the 8373 m²building area. our fixed assets reached 80 million RMB.
    Suoda specialized in the production of various series couplings, total have 29 series, more than 580 types of couplings, such as universal couplings, cardan shafts, gear couplings, flexible couplings, elastic couplings, plum claw-type couplings, disc couplings, tyre couplings, roller chain couplings and so on. All of our products are widely used in metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, port, paper making and heavy machinery industry.
    Suoda average annual production of various kinds of couplings is 9765 sets, annual sales is 45 million RMB, which have 18 million for export. With advanced technology, well-equipped facilities, complete testing perfect quality assurance system, our products and excellent quality are praised by customers.
    Suoda is one member of National Heavy Machinery Committee and member of Standardization Committee of 《the Machinery Stalk and Enclosure》, participated the formulation and revision of the national coupling standard for many times.     At the aspect of manufacturing large universal joints, we owns X-1580-1 type endface tooth milling machine which can process the maximum diameter of 1500 face gear, and have TX7290 internal spline milling machine which can process the spline length up to 950mm. we have a complete and advanced technology heat treatment and testing equipment system, also as heat treatment teaching and testing base of Jiangsu University.
    Suoda has already got the GB/T 19001-2008 / IS0 9001:2008 quality management system certifications; also pass the CQM-QCC certification (certification registration: 0203Q15717R1M),  laid a solid foundation to further improve the quality of the company's products.
